The integration allows to work with messages from messaging apps and social networks directly in Intercom Inbox

How to integrate with the service?

Step 1. Open the tab «Integrations», choose the integration «Intercom» and click «Add integration»

Step 2. Open your Intercom account in a new tab and browse to «Settings»

Step 3. In «Developers» section select «Developers tools»

After clicking «Developers tools» redirection to Intercom Developer Hub will happen

Step 4. Click «New app» and define a name for the application

Step 5. Copy the value Access token and paste it in the field "Access token", shown in the second image of step 1

Step 6. Go back to the Intercom page, copy the value in address bar between app/../, just like in the example in the image below and paste it in the field "App id", as shown in the second image of step 1

Step 7. Click on "Add integration" on the Inetrcom integration page

Step 8. After successfully adding the integration, click on the "Edit" button in the Intercom integration block and copy the value Webhook URL

Step 9. Browse to the page Intercom Developers Hub, then in the section Configure select Webhooks. Paste the value Webhook URL in the field Your request endpoint URL, in the section Webhook Topics select conversation.admin.replied and click "Save"

Integration is completed!
