Integration allows to work with messages from messaging apps and social networks directly in Zendesk Support

How to integrate with the service?

Step 1. Open a tab «Integrations» in the «Administration» area, choose the integration «Zendesk» and click «Add integration»

Step 2. Open Zendesk in a new tab, enter your own account, choose «Settings» «Account» section and copy value of the «Your current subdomain» box

Step 3. Go back to в Blinger, insert the copied value and click «Add integration with Zendesk»

Integration is completed
