# Привязка каналов к группам

## Можно ли привязать канал к конкретному оператору?

Можно, оператора необходимо выделить в отдельную группу и привязать к группе конкретный канал.

## Что произойдет с обращениями клиента из привязанного канала, которое были переведены в другую группу операторов, если не настроен параметр "**Распределение закрытых диалогов в назначенные группы**"?

Все новые обращения клиента будут отображаться в группе операторов, в которую был переведен клиент
