# Тегирование канала

## Общая информация

Функция "Тегирование канала" необходима, если требуется, чтобы операторы различали из каких аккаунтов канала пришли клиенты, что позволит получить дополнительную аналитику. 

Примеры использования:

* компания имеет необходимость подключить несколько аккаунтов одного канала, например, 4 аккаунта WhatsApp и нужно понимать, какой клиент из какого канала пишет.

## Как настроить?

### Шаг 1. Во вкладке Приложения нажать "Изменить" в интеграции с одним из аккаунта канала

### Шаг 2. Ввести в поле "Теги" то название, которое необходимо задать данной интеграции

Чтобы удалить Тег необходимо нажать на "x".
