# Вкладка: Автоответчик

## Общая информация

Функция "Автоответчик" позволяет настроить отправку авто-сообщения в ответ на поступление нового обращения клиента. Иными словами, эта функция полезна в случае авто-приветствия клиента (без усилий операторов) и сообщить ему дополнительную информацию: время работы, о скором подключении к обращению оператора, о необходимости предоставления дополнительной информации для обработки обращения и т.д.

## Настроить автоответчик?

"Автоответчик" не будет работать, если будет включена функция "Автораспределение сообщений".

### Шаг 1. Перейти в "Настройки"

### Шаг 2. Открыть на вкладку "Автоответчик"

### Шаг 3. Настроить параметры функции и нажать "Сохранить"

1. Активировать функцию - нажать "Включить"
2. Заполнить поле "Текст" содержанием автоответа
3. Установить значение параметра "Количество часов для повторного автоответа", чтобы настроить: сколько должно пройти минимум времени (часов), чтобы снова повторить автоответ на очередное обращение клиента.

**О параметре "Количество часов для повторного автоответа":**

Если установить значение = 0, то *автоответчик сработает только один раз* в ответ на самое первое обращение клиента.
