**Blinger.io** - это омниканальное решение, позволяющее общаться с клиентами через различные каналы в "одном окне"

**Решение поддерживает 15 интеграций:** WhatsApp, Facebook (Messenger и комментарии), Instagram (Direct), WeChat, Skype, Telegram, Viber, Вконтакте (диалоги и комментарии), Одноклассники. Line, Kik, Twitter (личные сообщения и комментарии), Twilio Chat, Email, Онлайн-чат

**Омниканальную поддержку с помощью Blinger.io можно развернуть в:** Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, Kayako, Bpm'online&. Для более гибкой интеграции можно использовать **API и Webhooks.**
