# Subtab: Topics of conversations

## General information

The function allows you to log the topics of users' requests. Further, this information is accumulated in the "Analytics" tab for further study.

## How to set up the function?

### Step 1. Open "Settings"

### Step 2. Open "Topics of conversations"

### Step 3. Add the topics&#x20;

After entering the topic you need to click "Add"

If you use Topics of conversation, firstly, you must select a topic and then you're able to click "Closed" to close the conversation
