Subtab: Topics of conversations
General information
The function allows you to log the topics of users' requests. Further, this information is accumulated in the "Analytics" tab for further study.
How to set up the function?
Step 1. Open "Settings"
Step 2. Open "Topics of conversations"
Step 3. Add the topics
After entering the topic you need to click "Add"
If you use Topics of conversation, firstly, you must select a topic and then you're able to click "Closed" to close the conversation
