# Tab: Operators

## **General information**

In the tab Operators you can do the following:

* manage operators
* assign roles to the operators
* manage operators’ groups
* auto assign messages between groups by keywords

The overall picture of the operators / groups / roles can be tracked on the main page of tab Agents
