Tab: Operators

General information

In the tab Operators you can do the following:

• manage operators

• assign roles to the operators

• manage operators’ groups

• auto assign messages between groups by keywords

Only admin has the access to all the settings

The overall picture of the operators / groups / roles can be tracked on the main page of tab Agents
