Tab: Operators
General information
In the tab Operators you can do the following:
manage operators
assign roles to the operators
manage operators’ groups
auto assign messages between groups by keywords
Only admin has the access to all the settings
The overall picture of the operators / groups / roles can be tracked on the main page of tab Agents
